The Factory builds private AI products and hands them over. You bring an idea or a business problem; you leave with a system that runs, that is secured to standard, and that you fully own — your data, your model, your infrastructure. We call the process Idea-to-Product.
Idea-to-Product is deliberately staged. Each stage has a defined output, so you can see the product taking shape — and decide whether to continue — at every step.
We pressure-test the idea: use case, data, real risk, residency constraints.
We design the system and its security together — private by design.
Engineered on private infrastructure — data never touches a public cloud.
Controls, ISO 42001 evidence, and audit trail built in as the product is built.
You receive a running product, the documentation, and the keys. You own it.
The Idea-to-Product process is the same for everyone. How it is delivered, scoped, and priced is matched to the engagement.
A bespoke, senior-led build with a full SOC 2 / ISO 42001 evidence package — ready for your auditors and your customers' security reviews.
Scoped per engagement; structured for enterprise procurement. Deployed to SAI's infrastructure, your own cloud tenancy, or on-premises.
A fixed-scope, fixed-price private AI product, secured to ISO 42001, delivered and handed over to you.
Scoped to a clear deliverable and a clear number before the build begins — no open-ended hourly billing.
A working, secure prototype built from a productized set of templates — fast, accessible, a real foundation to build or raise on.
A lighter-touch, productized tier with a self-serve intake.
Government track available. Top Secret cleared, ITSG-33 / FedRAMP — a specialized track for public-sector clients who need it.
SAI owns and operates private NVIDIA DGX infrastructure. For a private AI build, that is the point. Your data, models, and prompts stay on infrastructure you can point to — no public-cloud inference endpoint, no foreign jurisdiction silently in the data path, no risk that your proprietary data becomes training fuel for a model your competitors also use. Where you require it, we deploy into your own cloud tenancy or on-premises instead.
On most AI projects, security and compliance are a scramble at the end — a rush to document a system never designed to be documented. The Factory inverts that. Controls, ISO 42001 governance, lineage, and test evidence are produced during the Build and Secure stages, as the product takes shape. When your biggest customer sends a vendor security questionnaire, you already have the answers.
Every Factory engagement starts the same way: a short description of what you want to build and who it is for. We will tell you honestly whether it is a fit, which tier suits it, and what the Frame stage would involve.
